Video feature I did with some rapper named 50 Cent for his new album, Before I Self-Destruct. Thanks to Vanessa as interviewer and the inimitable Adam Donald on camera.
Last night at 7:35pm I got a call from a good friend saying that I had 20 minutes to hustle to Madison Square Garden and claim a ticket to see Phish who were playing at 8pm. A dedicated music fan from a young age, somehow throughout my adolescence and college years I totally avoided their repertoire in its entirety. I decided to forego the evening planned and quickly hurried over to MSG. I was struck by a few things…

Part 1 in series of classic ODB stories with his old A&R, Dante Ross. Thanks to Dante for sharing some killer stories with XXL.
This wildman got embedded with troops in Afghanistan with a Canon 5D, stripped down glide-cam, augmented audio set-up and got some truly incredible moments for this new doc on the US occupation there. Thanks to photographer/professional ass-kicker Cameron Dennis for showing me this.
1 of 5 :15 spots Team Satten did in a campaign for FXDD, a ForEx trading company. Thanks to Corey Fontana for killin it on camera, Chris Goldteeth on art direction, Kenny, Roberto and their team at Stuntworks for being superpros making sure noone broke their face.
Hey everybody,
Well, we finally arrived folks. We here at Team Satten, the best production company in the universe (if I do say so myself) have officially launched our site, TeamSatten.com! A big thank you to Aurel Slavin at Verde Visual for designing such a handsome website. Vanessa and I are the Shaq and Kobe of this film game - the Hall and Oates, the Captain and Tennille, the McCain and Pali…let’s just say we’re a prolific pair. We’re completely excited with this new venture and look forward to getting the worlds finest together to make some truly great work.
So crack a bottle and put on your house-painting jeans because it’s time to get to work and get funky.
I’ve been in a heavy Jaco phase lately, revisiting this composition off his self-titled 1976 solo debut.
